Senior Vice President, Operations
Mr Darren Tan joined the Group in May 2009 as the Senior Vice President for Operations. He is responsible for business development of the Group and operations of the various subsidiaries. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director of Dayen Environment Limited from 2008 to 2009 and the Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2007. He was also the Chief Financial Officer of Heng Long International Ltd from 2007 to 2008, and was actively involved in its listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2008. Mr Tan had previously held auditing positions in Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd and Advanced Micro Devices (Singapore) Ltd, and was an external auditor with KPMG.
Mr Tan is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
Vice President, Operations
Mr Tan Eng Kiat joined the Group in June 2009 as Vice President for Operations. He is responsible for the operations of the various subsidiaries in Singapore. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Dayen Environment Limited and oversees the Company’s accounting, human resource and administration functions. Mr Tan previously held the position of Director-Treasury in Fotronics Corporation Bhd and Manager, Finance in various companies in the manufacturing, assembling and leisure industries. He was also a senior consultant with a local CPA firm and joined KPMG as an auditor after graduation.
Mr Tan is a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
Vice President, Group Human Resources & Administration
Mr. Chang Cheo Chai John joined the Group in February 2001as the Manager, Human Resource & Administration. He is overall in charge of all aspects of human resources and administration matters including ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and ISO OHSAS 18000 practices.
He had served in the Singapore Police Force for 36 years and retired in June 2000 with the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (2) prior to joining the company. His stint in the Singapore Police Force included postings to the Police Land Divisions, Investigation Branches, Police Training Command, Manpower Administration and Logistics, and in the last 6 years was Assistant Director (Media Relations/Police Spokesman) with the Public Affairs Department in Police Headquarters before retiring in June 2000. He was awarded the Efficiency Medal (PB) & Long Service Medal (PBS). Currently, he is the VP of the Group Human Resources.
Head, Corporate Service Department
Ms Kwok joined the Group in November, 2007. As Head of Corporate Services Department, she is responsible for the full spectrum of corporate and treasury functions, such as financial budgeting, cash flow planning, currency and commodity analysis, investors relations and secretarial functions relating to Group. Prior to joining the group, she was the General Manager of the MoneyWorld Group of companies, a leading foreign exchange player with offices in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and New Zealand.
Ms Kwok has a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the Southern Cross University.
Mr. Simon Eng, Chief Executive Officer is overseeing the Finance Division.
